Please note:
– Images are not viewable in the portal. If you would like access to images, please click our Medical Records page to request.
– Reports from Echocardiograms, Stress Tests are not available in the portal but will be added in the future

How to Log Into the Patient Portal
✅ Step 1: If you don't already have an account, Create an Account
Click the "Create Account" button in our Patient Portal
You’ll receive an email invitation from us with an activation link.
- Open the email and click the link.
- Follow the instructions to create your username and password.
Didn’t get the email? Check your spam or junk folder.
Still missing? Contact Us to resend it (contact information at the bottom of this page).
✅ Step 2: Visit the Portal Login Page
Once your account is activated, click the “Login” button below or bookmark the portal login page.
- Enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your username or password? Click “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the portal login page and follow the instructions to reset your username/password using your registered email address.

We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience. Other browsers may not fully support all features.

1. How do I log into the Patient Portal if I don't have an account yet?

2. What browser should I use?
We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience. Other browsers may cause issues when logging in or viewing information.
3. What if I haven’t received my activation email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, call our office so we can verify your email address and resend the activation link.
4. I forgot my username/password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the portal login page and follow the instructions to reset your username/password using your registered email address.
5. What information is available in the Patient Portal?
Most medical reports are available through the portal. Please note:
- Images are not viewable in the portal. If you would like access to images, please click our Medical Records page to request.
- Reports from Echocardiograms, Stress Tests, and EKGs are currently unavailable but will be added in the future.
6. My information looks incorrect. What should I do?
If your name, date of birth, address, or email is incorrect, contact our office (see below). We’ll update your records to ensure continued portal access.
7. I’m still having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If you’ve tried the steps above and are still experiencing issues:
- Make sure you’re using Google Chrome.
- Confirm your account is activated.
- Double-check your login credentials.
